Do you currently..?

  • Have irregular periods or no periods at all

  • Experience gut or digestive issues but not sure what the root cause is

  • Struggle with painful cramping before or during your period and other pms symptoms like breast pain, abdominal/back pain, bloating, fatigue, acne breakouts 

  • Struggle to manage stress and emotions, constantly feeling burnt out, have a hard time falling asleep or staying asleep

  • Have a very heavy bleed, very light bleed lasting only 1-3 days, or breakthrough bleeding (bleeding in between periods)

  • Feel unsure about what foods to eat or which supplements to take 

  • Dread your period every month or feel that your bleed is an "inconvenience"

  • Take a hormonal birth control pill for reasons other than preventing pregnancy (acne, PMS, PCOS, irregular periods)

  • Tired of trying new diet trends that don't seem to stick or make you feel better

  • Feel dismissed or ignored by your doctors when you bring up your health concerns 

The program

A 12-week, 1:1 coaching program that aims to identify the root cause of your symptoms and restore your health by working together to create balance and harmony within your body with ease, clarity, & confidence.

As your health coach, I’m here to support you in making meaningful changes to your lifestyle, habits, and nutrition. Together, we will work on managing stress, healing digestive issues, and balancing hormones, all while celebrating the unique experiences of womanhood! 

 

During our 3 months working together, we will get to the root cause of your symptoms, determine your health goals, learn more about the menstrual cycle and how your cycle is a vital part of your health, create personalized protocols, learn how to nourish with real whole foods and supplements, and cultivate a deep, loving connection to your body

What to expect during our time together...

Month 1 :  During our first month together, we will meet once a week (total of 4 sessions) to identify the root cause of your symptoms, identify and set your health goals, learn more about the menstrual cycle, and how to support a healthy gut. Together we will create personalized protocols that will help you implement changes into your daily routine.

Month 2 & 3 :  During our second and third month together, we will meet bi-weekly (total of 4 sessions) where we will learn stress management, mindfulness tools, and continue implementing recommendations around lifestyle, habits, and nutrition that will help you meet your health and wellness goals

What's included in this program:

  • eight, 45-60 minute coaching sessions over the course of 12 weeks

  • bio-individual protocols designed to help with your symptoms and create sustainable change 

  • menstrual cycle, hormone, and gut health education 

  • stress management and mindfulness tools

  • communication via email in between sessions for extra support, accountability, and encouragement 

  • other recommendations (books, videos, exercises, practices) to support a healthy, well-balanced life and menstrual cycle
